Dear Patient of Dr. Schabes,

My name is Dr. Samy Salhadar and I am honored that Dr. Schabes has selected me to succeed him in caring for your dental needs. I cannot wait to meet you!

I grew up in Ada and attended Forest Hills Northern High School. From that time, I have always known I wanted to be a dentist. Having a background in medical science and a compassion for art, dentistry was the perfect blend. After my undergraduate degree at Michigan State University, I was accepted at the #1 ranked dental school in the world, University of Michigan School of Dentistry.

On a more personal note, this past fall I proposed my favorite person in the world and we are excited to get married this coming February. My fiancé, Macaila and I are thrilled to be active members of the community. We are both happy to call Ada our home (again).

Dr. Schabes’ staff will be staying on after the transition so you can expect to see the familiar faces when you visit the office. We will continue to participate with all of the same insurance plans and financial programs. Also, I will be adding some new services to the office.

I have been certified to deliver BOTOX for all facial muscles to treat wrinkles, crooked smile lines, and TMJ muscular pain. I am also INVISALIGN certified to correct crowded teeth and malocclusion. I am excited to bring these services to the office and truly create a full-service smile design lab to supplement my preventative and cosmetic dental work. My goal is to care for your dental needs in the same gentle manner that Dr. Schabes did. We share a very similar emphasis on conservative quality patient care and we value long-term relationships with our patients and their families. I stand for honesty and transparency. My diagnosis and treatments will be done how I would like mine to be done. I love what I do, and I am very passionate about not only delivering the best dentistry possible to my patients, but also making it pain free during the process.

It is humbling to have Dr. Schabes put his trust and confidence in me. I am intent on earning yours!
